Something of a call-to-arms to the "loyal citizens" of New-York and who wished to volunteer for service in the U.S. Army in the American Civil War. A perfectly serviceable reference copy; nothing fancy, but complete and sturdy. Blue printed wraps, clear tape-over spine splitting to, chipping of wrappers at spine, else clean and unmarked of interior. A bit toned of interior. 116 pp.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards. Additional postage may be required for oversize or especially heavy volumes, and for sets.
