About This Item
Not a reprint. Cover has considerable wear and some staining. The lettering on the spine is no longer readable. No stickers/residue. No dust jacket, believe to be as issued. The binding has obvious damage, and has been glued to the page block. The first page (endpaper) has been torn out and reglued and taped back into place, and the connection to the book is particularly fragile. Tanning and foxing are present, and are heavy in places. Between pages 102 and 103 an old newspaper clipping was stored that has badly stained the pages a darker brown color where it came into contact. The pages, other than the endpages, are fairly secure, but the binding and pages feel quite fragile with age. This book will need to be treated carefully and gently to prevent further damage. Will ship with Signature Confirmation.
