[1], 12 pp. A prospectus for this Colorado-based mining concern, whose main business was the acquisition, development, and consolidation of mining claims. Among those cited are the Goldfield, Mascot, Red Fox, Bullfrog, Bonanza Mountain sites, and more in Colorado and Nevada. With a capital stock of half a million dollars, $1.00 per share, this parent company was run by three officers with the last name of 'Patrick." Includes information on the railroad facilities of Nevada, newspaper reviews of the company, and a photographic reproduction of "The Famous Combination Mine and Mill at Goldfield..." on the back-wrapper. CONDITION: Very good.
