Illustrated front cover, showing a Japanese and Australian boats at war, with red, black and gray titles to the front panel and red and yellow titles to the backstrip. Rubbing and creasing along with some scuffing to the book corners and the other book edges have become somewhat rubbed. The remains of a sticker can be seen to the top left-hand corner of the front panel. Some marks at present to the top edge of the front book cover and there has been creasing in rubbing to the book panels. Some browning to the rear book panel. Browning and foxing to the text block edges and the internal pages are somewhat brown. A novel set during World War II in Pacific theatre of war. Japanese and Australian war on water.
