[London]: Hodder & Stoughton. NEAR FINE book, GOOD- DJ(in Brodart). Very bright. 8"x6", 197pp.. ND likely 1930s. REPRINT. Hardcover. NEAR FINE book, GOOD- DJ. Very bright, in & out. Later trade edition. Color plates with captioned tissue guards. . 1901 cp date on half title page verso but no dates on title page or cp. Blue cloth with gilt lettered spine. Front cover a gilt vignette of three tea drinkers, just below which is a teapot. Book as bright as new. No soiling, foxing, sunning or any other kind of stain; inside, outside or around the edges. Book has three minor flaws: (1) Tips rubbed, one with small bump. (2) Spine ends wrinkled, one 1/4" closed tear. (3) 1st signature cracked. DJ with flawless paste on label. DJ with 1/2" chips, those on spine ends just into some letters. DJ a light brown, spine now sunned to a dark brown. .
