Harper. 1952. Hardcover. Stated first edition. Signed, inscribed and dated by author (signing as W. S. Campbell and Stanley Vestal) on front endpaper. HC, Harper and Brothers, 1952. DJ is torn and chipped along edges, missing some pieces along spine, and is in acceptable condition. Corners of covers are bumped and worn, and covers have some edge wear. Ends of spine have some fraying. Inside front cover and front endpaper have some writing in pencil. Half title page is slightly creased at top corner. Endpapers have some tanning.; 7.90 X 5.20 X 0.80 inches; 285 pages .
