Two weeks later, an 80-year woman from Galt, Ontario has her tombstone engraved "Wife of Edward VIII, Duke of Windsor". Winner of the 2004 Samuel French Canadian Playwright Award. First workshopped in California, the 2001 premiere performance was at Theatre & Company's new-opened King Street Theatre, Kitchener, Ontario. The Cambridge, Ontario playwright & actor also authored Falling: A Wake, Pearl Gidley, and Pocket Rocket. Green, stapled card covers. 90pp. INSCRIBED without reference to a name for helping with the production, with small leaf drawings. Evidence of very slight water stain at vertical pages edge & slight corner wear. Looks better than described. Scarce.l
