R. H. McDonald. Collectible - Acceptable. Condition: Poor to Fair; 1871. Fold-out map bound with a brief history of Chicago and a list of buildings destroyed in the fire. Black cloth boards with faded titles. Map is complete and in otherwise VG condition, clean, bright, and unmarked. The text, however, has detached from the binding but all pages are present; also tipped-in is a specimen page. Some intact tears along the creases of the map. Photos upon request.
