A lively story about the goings on at Rabbit Hill (from the name Lawson gave to his home in Connecticut!). Beautiful sepia lithographs throughout the text. This is a difficult title to find in the first edition. Note: One of the black characters is depicted stereotypically--this was changed for later printings. . First Edition. Pictorial Cloth.
