The author studied RADISSON'S VOYAGES in great depth and concluded that despite some "tall tales" on Radisson's part, nevertheless, he and Groseilliers were two of the most daring explorers that penetrated our North American wilderness. They were the first explorers of Lake Superior, of Northern Wisconsin, and of Northern Wisconsin, and they were the 'promoters' of the Hudson's Bay Company. .
