NY. Very Good with no dust jacket; Minor wear to the boards, just the usual . rubbing to the edges. Gilt is still bright and easily seen. All the pages . are clean and free of tears or marks. The only marking in the book is a . stamp on the front paste down and the title page that says "This is the . latest edition of this book." in purple ink and a previous owners name on . the back side of the last page of advertisements. Front hinge has a small . portion that is starting to tear a little, but it does not affect the . integrity of the binding yet. ; Hardcover; Simmons-Boardman Publishing Co. . ; 1912; Second Edition.
