New York: Frederick Fell, Inc, 1950. Second Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. Foreword by Fletcher Pratt and Lee De Forest. Very Good in an about Very Good jacket, clipped, generally rubbed at the edges, a few small chips and tears. Grey cloth, bumped at the spine edges, small stain on the front board, red ink lettering on the spine and front board. Square and firmly bound, foxed at the top edge, clean internally. Gernsback's classic science fiction novel hailed by Pratt as maybe "the first science-fiction story ever written.
