Philadelphia and New York: J. B. Lippincott Company, (1946).. (1946).. Very good. - Small quarto [10 inches high by 7-3/8 inches wide], tan cloth in a dust wrapper. The binding is lightly bumped with a small, light stain to the front cover & a narrow band of black staining along the front edge of the rear cover. The dust wrapper is rubbed & chipped with several tears & small pieces out & with soiling to the rear panel. There is a larger piece out of the head of the jacket spine. 46 & [1] pages. Black-and-white illustrations. The top margins of the pages are slightly rippled. Very good in a good dust wrapper. <p>The story of illustrator Randolph Caldecott told for children.
