Softcover, text laid-in to original wraps as issued; 8 pp.,; vertical crease down center; holograph note on last page mentioning change of Chartiers Improvement Company to Westinghouse Electric and Manufacturing Company; copy of the Chartiers declaration to change the name tipped-in to the rear cover. 2. Agreement between George Westinghouse Jr. and the Pennsylvania Railroad Company, 1888. Softcover, original orange wraps, 7 pp., one vertical and two horizontal creases; clean interior. 3. Second copy of Agreement between George Westinghouse Jr. and the Pennsylvania Railroad Company; one deep vertical crease; pencil check marks and two short notes next to names of the owners of the Rights of Way secured on Turtle Creek Valley. Scarce pamphlets documenting the earliest days of the Westinghouse Electric Company.
