Very Good - corners bumped and rounded, minor marks to the leather, wear to the marbles boards, some shelf wear, small splash of blue ink on the fore edge of volume 1, contents clean, bright and tight. A good, sound set. Three quarter leather with marbled boards, 5 raised bands down the sine of each volume with gilt decoration, brown endpapers. Volume 1: xxx, 447 pages. Volume 2: xi, 449 pages. As this item weighs over 1kg when packed additional postage will be required for delivery outside of the United Kingdom.
