N.p.: High School Basketball Cards of America, Inc, 1992. First edition. 8vo, [X], 185, [1]pp. Photographs, illustrations. Signed and inscribed by Crowe to the former owner on the dedication page. Pictorial paper boards with rubbing to edges, page edges dusty. Clean internally and very good.

Inscribed copy of this book on the important segregation era basketball coach and politician, Ray Crowe (1915-2003).  Crowe coached and acted as athletic director at Crisups Attucks High School, a segregated school in Indianapolis.  In 1955 and 1956, Crowe's teams won the state basketball championships, becoming the first all-black school in the country to do so.  Oscar Robertson and Hallie Bryant played under Crowe at the school.   After coaching, Crowe later served as a member of the Indiana House of Representatives from 1966-1975.
