London: PL Editions Poetry London, 1945. 1st UK Edition. Hardcover. Near Fine/Near Fine Minus. Slim 12mo., 181pp. Sharp First British Edition and the first Nabokov work published in the UK. Bound in plight purple cloth with titles in gilt on spine. Square, tight and clean throughout save some light uniform off-setting to end-papers due to jacket flaps. A touch of bumping to spine ends. Very attractive clipped dust-jacket, ($3.00 price stamped on top of front flap), has some minor wear to edges and tips. A couple of miniscule nicks to the spine ends. Tiny hole in spine panel. Still bright with no crease or tears. A very pretty collectable copy.
