Included is advice on how to cook, measure, and care for the seafood you buy. Recipes cover EVERYTHING under the sun when it comes to seafood. Recipe for Tuna Fish Salad is written in pencil on front free end paper. Interior pages lightly toned, boards lightly soiled.
