Signed and inscribed on the half title page in black ink by both authors: "To Mrs. Jacqueline Cockran, a short story of our struggle for a large sky. With admiration and best wishes, Paul Boudier." Also signed by Marcel Jullian.
Laid in loose is the original mailing label made out to Cockran postmarked Paris, 1955.
