US: J. O. Seymour, Kennard & Hay, 1870. Hardcover. Good +. Brick red cloth over boards with gilt titling to spine and front board. Gilt decorative band to spine and black decorative rule to boards. Scattered soiling and foxing to pages throughout particularly at margins, and dampstain to map at page 208. Text block is soiled with moderate shelf wear and black markings scattered to all edges. Boards are soiled particularly at edges with dampstain to top edge of front board. Soiling, rubbing, bumping and fraying to cloth at edges, corners and ends of spine. Sunning to spine. Binding is tight and square.
