NY: Collier's , 1914. First edition, first printing. Moderately worn with fairly inoffensives dampstain at edges, short tears.. Original pictorial wrappers; 10.5 x 15 inches. Profusely illustrated, mostly from photographs by James H. Hare. Jack London contracted with Collier's to cover this phase of the Mexican Revolution at a rate of $1100 per week. Accompanying London's text are photographs by Collier's staff photographer James H. Hare. The series ran to 7 issues, which were not collected in book form until 1970 (Jack London Reports).
