Gilt lettering clear & fairly bright. No text aging, foxing, soiling . 1" tear in spine top, backstrip starting to pull away at the top. Spine cocked. Tight binding but a few signatures started. "Almeda Armstrong" has her neat stamp with an 1873 note on 2nd blank. Faithful was an English female activist. .
