London: George Bell & Sons, 1894. Cloth. Near Very Good/No Jacket. From the library of Bishop Philpotts (inscription on endpaper). Frontis of Vol 1 is a fold-out facsimilie in Bishop Grandisson's handwriting. Vol 2's frontis is another large foldout. Vol 1 starts with the Episcopate of James Berkeley then deals with Bishop Grandisson up to 1330. 604 Pages. Vol 2 runs from 1331 to 1360 and Page 1212. Dark Green Cloth with bright gilt lettering and lines to spines and blind stamped borders to front. Small labels at bottom of spines. Some wear along edges and tears along side of spine. Pages in very good condition, only a very few spots of foxing. Heavy set (nearly 3 Kilos) so postage will be extra.
