Biographical introduction.--Religio medici.--Christian morals.--Letter to a friend.--On Dreams.--Urn burial. A copy presented to E. Pardee Bucke (elder son of Richard Maurice Bucke) by Harry Buxton Forman, inscribed signed and dated January 1898 by Forman on the front free endpaper. Laid in are two letters and a typescript presentation inscription from the Special Collections Librarian giving the book to a London bookdealer in exchange for another Bucke item presented to the Library. Covers rubbed and slightly torn at head of front joint, spine-ends a little worn, contents slightly agetoned.
