SECOND EDITION 1817 (first published in 1816), approximately 190 x 110 mm, 7¼ x 4½ inches, pages: viii, 1-261 including index, bound in modern quarter calf over pale blue boards, gilt dividing line, raised bands, gilt rules, gilt lettered brown morocco label, edges untrimmed, new endpapers. Slight horizontal wrinkle to pages, otherwise a very good clean tight copy. The author concentrates his interest on wine production from domestic fruits.
