The book is very good shape.the binding is tight.The dust cover is intact, however there are some creases interior on the edges of the dust cover, where it was not tucked neatly before the book was closed. The book is a green leatherette hardcover with gold printing there is some minor wear, on the bottom corner of the book at the two corners it's not ripped, however there is a fine line where leatherette has slightly opened....
