Account of extraordinary legal proceedings in the Court of Common Pleas, No. 2, heard before Hare, P.J. and Mitchell, Associate J. Case of Harrison, et al. vs. St. Mark's church. " A bill to restrain the ringing of bells so as to cause a nuisance to the occupants of the dwellings in the immediate vicinity of the church." Lacking original map of area. Inside pages show yellowing and light stains due to the poor quality of paper. First few pages are missing their upper corners but not affecting the text. Some page edges tattered. Overall this is close to a good copy rebound in a clean paper over boards cover with a cloth spine.. Hardcover. Fair Plus/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
