New York: IFCO, 1974. First Edition. Octavo (22cm) orange, oblong stapled wrappers, printed in black, white and gray; 37pp. illustrated with black and white photograps. Mild soil to rear cover, former owner's address label on rear cover, Near Fine.

"IFCO providing skills and talent, soul and spirit, resources and theory for the liberation of people." An annual report of the IFCO, mid-point in its 5 year plan, which reviews the organization's 5 major programs including: Grant Making; Training; Technical Assistance; Black United Fund and its International Program. "The [IFCO] ia a church and community agency whose mission is to help forward the struggls of oppressed people for justice and self-determination." (from the mission statement, p.3)

IFCO had become a target of COINTELPRO following the delivery of the controversial Black Manifesto [James Foreman, 1969] at the NBEDC, where he demanded 500 million in reparations for the black community. (from archives.nypl.org).
