Very good plus condition: book complete except for back wrap; binding stabilized with acid=free, neutral pH removable tape. Map is complete: several small places on back mended with museum tape; several of the folds lightly toned; otherwise, map is clean and bright, as is Ruffner report.
Thoroughly detailed through the Gunnison Country (including Crested Butte,Lone Mountain, Wheatstone Mountain, Philosophers' Mountains, etc.into the San Juan Mountains of the Colorado Territory,including what would become Ouray, Silverton, Telluride, Los Pinos Agency,etc.)
Excellent historical and early Southwestern Colorado map(pre- Louis Nell)exhibited for acquisition byCOLORADO ARTIFACTUAL&MT. GOTHIC TOMES
