About This Item
Dublin: Byrne, Moore, Jones, Rice, and Watts, 1794. Hardcover. Very Good. Volume III only. Brown cloth over boards with gilt particulars in gilt-ruled compartment to spine. Decorative endpapers. Original text block professionally rebound by the National Library Bindery Co. This edition is translated by barrister John Vaillant, with his notes included alongside the translated text. The text block itself certainly shows its age; pages are moderately foxed and soiled, though text is still readable. Previous owner's inscriptions to front endpaper and full title. Boards are clean and bright; binding is tight and square.
