The name R. W. Worthen gilt stamped front cover, stamped at title page and rear end page "R. W. Worthen County & Probate Clerk Pulaski County Little Rock Arkansas" . With presumably his marginal and end paper notations, mostly in pencil but with some in ink. RARE, OCLC locates 1 copy, at the University of Central Arkansas, RareBookHub has no record of a copy being offered at auction. Worthen appears also to have been a sheriff and possibly an Arkansas state senator in the 1890s. . First Edition. Sheepskin. Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
