Illustrated with black and white and color photography, illustrations and maps. Signed by both authors on the half title page. Light foxing to the front end paper, title page, page 416, and the rear paste down. This copy includes a 1914 paycheck, a 1913 Conductor's Time Report (single small sheet), a 1926 Time Return and Delay Report, and a 1945 Locomotive Inspection Report. All these items are from the Rio Grande Southern Railroad Company. Limited. 1411 stamped on the half title page.
