Frontispiece and plates. 8vo (8 1/4 x 5 1/4 inches), pages: xii:235:(15), publisher's red roan backed grained boards lettered and decorated in gilt. Headband chipped, 2 inch crack to upper joint. With a long presentation inscription from the author to the Mayor of Rochester William Longley.
