About This Item

Richmond: Virginia Commission on Constitutional Government, 1964. Pamphlet. 23p. staplebound pamphlet, ownership bookplate of Corinne Lathrop Gilb, very good. Argues against sit-ins in cafes and other "privately-owned" venues. The Commission, an official state agency, was formed to present a genteel defense of segregation and racism, as well as prayer in the schools.
