Eighth title in the 'Anne of Green Gable' series, first appearing in 1921 from Canadian publishers McClelland & Stewart with the UK edition from George Harrap in 1928.
Hardback in dustwrapper. 318pp plus colur frontispiece. 7 x 5.25 inches approx. (190mm x 132mm).
Dustwrapper rubbed and worn; some edge creasing and with minor loss; foxed and grubby. Cloth boards nice and clean; offsetting to endpapers, dealer's embossed stamp to front; pages foxed throughout, heavy in places; edges of page-block very foxed and spotted.
Nonetheless, remains a reasonably nice copy and uncommon to find with dustwrapper.

Synopsis
Rilla of Ingleside (1921) is the final book in the Anne of Green Gables series by Lucy Maud Montgomery, but was the sixth of the eight "Anne" novels she wrote. This book draws the focus back onto a single character, Anne and Gilbert's youngest daughter Bertha Marilla "Rilla" Blythe.
