All wrappers present. Bound in contemporary quarter leather over cloth, gilt spine lettering. An excellent gathering. A journal for the cement trade in Southern California. Lead articles include the new City Hall of Pasadena, residence of Richard Wallace on Laurel View Drive, the Coliseum of downtown LA, Lincoln Theater, proposed new Title Insurance and Trust Building, Santa Barbara, San Pedro, Palos Verdes, etc. Plus numerous highlight articles about specific residences. Basically, an architectural history of Los Angeles.
