New York: Random House [The Modern Library], 1948. Book. Good. Hardcover. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. Very light wear to the boards. About a dozen occurrences of an underlined sentence or phrase in the book. Previous owner name on verso of the front free endpaper. The dust jacket is chipped at the head of the spine and has a few other minor edge nicks. Overall, a solid copy in tight, square binding, graded down slightly for the small amount of underlining. 620 pages followed by a list of Modern Library Giants. Inside the jacket, find a list of 393 titles in the Modern Library series..
