London: Constable, 1975. Second Edition . Hardcover. Fine/Fine. REVISED AND EXPANDED SECOND EDITION. Original green cloth binding with gilt lettering spine. Fine condition with no previous owner marks or writing on any pages, tight binding, very clean covers, clean pages, no crease marks, a few tiny foxing spots on top edge of text block. Original dust wrapper is in nice condition with no chips, no tears, front flap has clipped corner.
