Square, tight and clean throughout with little or no wear save some gentle bumping to spine ends. Very attractive unclipped dust-jacket , (£7.95 net), has some light wear and rubbing to edges. A couple of shallow surface creases. Still fresh and bright with no chipping, toning, or tears. A sharp collectable copy at a good price.

Synopsis

Role of Honour (published in American editions as Role of Honor), first published in 1984, was the fourth novel by John Gardner featuring Ian Fleming's secret agent, James Bond. Carrying the Glidrose Publications copyright, it was first published in the United Kingdom by Jonathan Cape and in the United States by Putnam.
