Longman, Green, 1861. Book. Good. Hardcover. First Edition First Printing. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 429pp. Vol II only but complete in itself. Original publishers blind stamped boards with gilt armorial on front board & titles on spine. Normal wear to extremities with some wear to head of spine with nicking and fraying. Internally CLEAN with NO INSCRIPTIONS. Front blank endpaper is lacking. Evidence of old label removal from endpaper but absolutely nothing to suggest this is a library copy. TIGHT textblock. NO LOOSE & NO MISSING leaves..
