8vo, 69pp, pictorial endpapers, 18 color plates and many line drawings in the text. Publisher's red cloth lettered in gilt and with pictorial illustration of Samuel Whiskers laid down at front cover. Covers rubbed and marked; small crack in cloth at spine. Internally, binding shaken with a few signatures loose, child's pencil marking, period previous owner inscription at half title.
As is. In need of some help, but still a pleasant copy of this large format first edition.
