Top edge of text block slightly dusty. Inside pages are clean, bright and unmarked. Dustjacket has some fading along the top edge and the spine, otherwise light edge and corner wear. Rubbed overall. A history of the area of Somerville Twp, north of Fenelon Falls, Ontario. Includes two small sections of black and white photographs and a fold out map pasted to the rear endpaper. .
