About This Item
The Royal Princesses of England by Mrs Matthew Hall.
Hardback, 1871, published by George Routledge and Sons, London, 540 pages.
In reasonable condition for age. Some fading, discolouration and marking to spine and boards but patterning and lettering still quite clear ad gilt detail quite visible. Signs of rubbing and shelf-wear, some small tears to spine. Corners bumped and a little torn. Binding reasonably firm although inner hinges quite cracked but holding. Page edges gilt, a little marked and worn with a bit of staining but overall very vivid. Gift inscriptions on FFEP, some foxing to endpapers but otherwise page surfaces are very clean, with no underlining, marginalia, etc. See pictures for further information. A nice copy.
