London/New York: Macmillan and Co., 1890. 112 pp. Full vellum with double gold ruled frame on front, gold lettering on spine and blind double rule on rear. Uncut pages with deckled edges. Hinge started at pp. 48-49, but still secure. Slightest rubbing to corners and extremities. Spine and boards have general soiling. End-papers foxed and toned. Text block is clean and square throughout, but for light pencil mark in margins of two pages. Translated by Edward Fitzgerald. First separate printing after the fifth printingof 1889. Includes a section with the variations between the Second, Third and Fourth Editions, Comparative Tables, and Notes by the Editor. A handsome early version.. Hardcover. Very Good-/No Jacket. 8vo.
