How bills are introduced, governors of territories, legislative practices, address of hotels and boarding houses, and extensive index and more. Bound in brown cloth lettered and decorated in gilt, spine gilt, dark brown coated endpapers. A superb copy. No foxing, names, plates, etc. A fresh bright copy.
