Third bound title "Rules and Orders of the Court of Common Pleas For the City and County of New York: Which were Adopted by the Court on the First Day of April 1826" 32 pages, [1] page blank. Paper cover boards with leather spine. Leather is dried, cracked and darkened. Front board detached. Moderate to heavy scattered foxing and toning to contents. Old ink name of "W Shaler Jr." written on the front cover. W Shaler Jr., 1826 is written on the "Terms of the Supreme Court" page 7. Corrections in old ink are also made to page 7. A fair copy only.
