Condition:
Clean back cover; there are a few tiny stains on the front cover. The gilt lettering on the spine has mostly faded. 2" cloth tear at the left edge of the spine; small cloth tears at the top and bottom edges of the spine. Cloth tears at the cover corners. Tight binding with no cracks and no loose pages. The pages are generally clean with occasional smudges and stains here and there. Name/address stamped in ink on front pastedown. Name/address in old handwriting on front end paper in ink. Overall the book is in Good- condition.
