Revised by Joseph Cundall with his monogram. Text by Charles Willingham at the Chiswick Press with Birket's illustrations (engravings) printed in colors by Edmund Evans. Initial letters also colored by hand. Binding designed by H. Rogers with his initials noted at front cover at bottom of gilt design. Interior contents clean and bright. Backstrip nicked head and foot.
