Baltimore, MD: The Johns Hopkins University Press, 1977, 189 pages including manuscript collections cited, notes, and index. Dust jacket has a tear at bottom edge and one rip on top with chipping on top and bottom edges. Previous owner's last name on first blank page. Seven pages have underlining in ink. Boards are clean with no bumping but there is evidence of moisture on back cover (does not affect paste down endpaper). Pages crisp and clean. Binding tight with spine square.
