With illustrated frontispiece and vignette title page. A collection of moral and religious writings including Moses in the Bulrushes, David and Goliath, and Belshazzar. With a memoir of the author. Hannah More, an English religious writer, philanthropist, poet, and playwright. Bound in full calf with gilt. Externally, smart with rubbing and light bumping to the extremities. Fading to the spine and board edges with the odd mark to the board. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with the odd spot. Very Good

Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
